Alexandra Chidiac
Born in Sydney in 1999, Chidiac is making her debut in the Italian league, bringing with her a wealth of top-level international experience. Despite her young age, she is already considered one of the most prominent figures in Australian women's football and is a regular member of the senior national team.
Her career began in 2014 with Adelaide United and has since taken her to several major clubs: from winning the championship with Melbourne City in the historic 2015/16 season, to claiming a league title in Spain with Atlético Madrid (2018/19), and gaining experience in Japan (JEF United Chiba), the United States (Racing Louisville), and Mexico (Tigres UANL).
With Melbourne Victory, she also won the Championship and received the prestigious Julie Dolan Medal as the league’s best player of the season. She scored her first goal for Como Women against Fiorentina on Matchday 9 of the Serie A season on December 13, 2025 (a match that later ended 3–1 in favor of Fiorentina).
She represents more than a position on the pitch. She represents a shift in how the game is played, seen, and lived. At FC Como Women, every player carries the identity of the club: fearless, ambitious, and unapologetically present.
Driven by ambition and shaped by resilience, Alexandra Chidiac plays with intent — every movement, every decision, every moment on the pitch.
Her presence reflects what FC Como Women stands for: a team that challenges expectations and builds its own path.
This is not just about football. It’s about creating space, taking it, and owning it.
