Giulia Rizzon, born in 1993, is the current captain of Como Women. After developing in the youth system of Mozzanica, she moved to Como.
She was called up for the Italian youth national team selections and played her first international match with the Italy U17 team on April 23, 2009, in a 3–1 win over Scotland during the second qualifying round of the 2009 UEFA Women’s U17 European Championship.
Since 2019, she has been with Como Women, with whom she achieved a historic promotion to Serie A. During the 2024/2025 season, she reached 200 appearances in the top flight
She represents more than a position on the pitch. She represents a shift in how the game is played, seen, and lived. At FC Como Women, every player carries the identity of the club: fearless, ambitious, and unapologetically present.
Driven by ambition and shaped by resilience, Giulia Rizzon plays with intent — every movement, every decision, every moment on the pitch.
Her presence reflects what FC Como Women stands for: a team that challenges expectations and builds its own path.
This is not just about football. It’s about creating space, taking it, and owning it.
