Matilde Pavan is a midfielder on loan from Juventus. She previously played for Como during the 2022/23 season, making 24 appearances out of 26 league matches, scoring 3 goals, and playing a key role in the team's campaign. Pavan took her first steps in football with Venezia before moving to Hellas Verona, the club where she made her Serie A debut. 

After transferring to Inter, she continued her development and eventually joined Juventus. Over the course of her career, the midfielder has also worn the jersey of the Italian senior national team, making her debut for Italy in April 2023. She returned to scoring for Como Women on November 1, 2025, in the fourth matchday of the league against Genoa, a game that ended 2–1 for the Lariane.
