Leilanni Nesbeth

USA

Born on 17 July 2001, Nesbeth arrives in Italy following an international development pathway that has taken her from Bermuda to England and the United States. Raised in St. David’s Island, Bermuda, she continued her football education at Bede’s Senior School in England, where she also played for Brighton & Hove Albion during the 2017/18 season.

She then moved to the United States to join the Florida State Seminoles, winning two NCAA National Championships (2021 and 2023), four ACC Conference titles, and earning All-ACC Second Team honors twice.

Selected 10th overall by the Chicago Red Stars (now Chicago Stars FC) in the 2024 NWSL Draft, she spent two and a half seasons with the club before mutually agreeing to terminate her contract in June 2026. On the international stage, Nesbeth has represented Bermuda at both youth and senior level and has become a key player for the national team.

She represents more than a position on the pitch. She represents a shift in how the game is played, seen, and lived. At FC Como Women, every player carries the identity of the club: fearless, ambitious, and unapologetically present.
