Chiara Bianchi was born on 31 January 2004 and began her football journey with Faloppiese, where she played alongside boys until the age of 12. She then joined the youth academy of Como 2000, completing her development within the club's youth system.

Following the launch of the F.C. Como Women project, Bianchi was promoted to the first team, competing in Serie B during the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons. In 2022/23, she started the campaign with Como Women before joining Hellas Verona on loan for the remainder of the season.

She returned to Como Women for the 2023/24 campaign, while in 2024/25 she spent the first half of the season with the Larian club before moving on loan to Pavia. During the 2025/26 season, she played on loan at Freedom, continuing her development and gaining valuable first-team experience.

She represents more than a position on the pitch. She represents a shift in how the game is played, seen, and lived. At FC Como Women, every player carries the identity of the club: fearless, ambitious, and unapologetically present.
