Martina Viesti, born on 31 December 2006, came through the youth academy of AS Roma, progressing through every level before establishing herself in the Primavera squad, where she also served as team captain. With AS Roma Women, she won back-to-back Primavera 1 league titles in the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons.

After turning 15 on 31 December 2021, she was promoted to the Primavera squad on 3 January 2022, becoming a regular member of the team and contributing to its success. Her international career began with Italy's Under-15 national team before progressing to the Under-17s, where she earned a call-up despite being below the age category. She made her debut on 11 October 2021 against Sweden Under-17.

 She later represented Italy at Under-17 and Under-19 level, starting at the UEFA European Championships in both age groups, before earning a call-up to the Italy Under-20 national team. Alongside her football career, Martina is pursuing a degree in Economics and Business. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and travelling.
