Laura Mas I Serra

Spain

Laura Mas I Serra (born 6 October 2004 in Calella, Barcelona, Spain) is a Spanish midfielder. She developed through the youth academy of FC Barcelona, where she played from 2016 to 2022, progressing through every age group before reaching the club's reserve team. Captain for three seasons, she made her debut in Primera Federación, Spain's second division, in 2021 at just 16 years of age. She then moved to the United States to pursue both her academic and football career at California State University, Fresno, competing in NCAA Division I.

During her four seasons with the Bulldogs, she served as team captain, making 64 appearances while recording three goals and five assists. Alongside her sporting career, Laura graduated with honours in Computer Science and was named to the Mountain West All-Academic Team in each of her four years, recognising her outstanding academic achievements as a student-athlete. Laura began playing football at the age of four with her hometown club, CF Calella, inspired by her older sister.

She represents more than a position on the pitch. She represents a shift in how the game is played, seen, and lived. At FC Como Women, every player carries the identity of the club: fearless, ambitious, and unapologetically present.
