STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Store T&C’s”)
1. Overview
The official club store (the “Store”) is operated by FC Como Women SRL and/or its associated operating entity (“we”, “us”, “Como Women”).
The Store exists to connect supporters with official merchandise, apparel, and products linked to Como Women and the wider supporter community.
By accessing the Store or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Store T&C’s.
If you do not agree to these Store T&C’s, you must not access the Store or place any orders via the Store.
The Store and related ecommerce platform may be hosted by Shopify or another ecommerce technology provider approved by us.
2. Orders and Contract
All orders placed through the Store constitute an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed only when the products are dispatched and you are sent a confirmation of dispatch by email with the details of your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:
· Payment failures
· Product availability
· Pricing errors or product description errors
· Suspected fraud
All orders are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that any product will be available at any given time. In certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example where there has been a change in law, we may need to stop selling certain products. If this happens and it affects your order, we will notify you by email, cancel your order and provide you with a full refund if payment has already been taken.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is made by a minor, under the age of 18, where the consent of that minor’s legal guardian is not received. If you are a minor, you must ensure your parent or legal guardian knows and agrees before you buy anything from the Store.
3. Products and availability
Products may:
· Be available exclusively online
· Be limited in quantity
· Be seasonal or launch-based
· Be available for limited campaigns or player drops
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but cannot guarantee colour accuracy across all devices.
We reserve the right to:
· Limit quantities
· Restrict territories
· Withdraw products at any time

4. Personalised products
Selected products may be customised including for example:
· Player names and numbers
· Custom supporter names and numbers
· Squad numbers
· Competition badges / seasonal patches
· Custom teamwear
· Other approved personalisation options or made to order items
By placing a personalised order, you confirm:
· The information submitted is accurate.
· You have reviewed spelling, number selection, size details and any other personalised options carefully.
· You understand personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect or fulfilment error.
We reserve the right to reject any personalisation requests that we deem could be offensive, abusive, discriminatory, infringe intellectual property rights or otherwise inappropriate. If we are unable to print your request we will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your product.
We cannot accept liability for any changes to player's names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number.
Please be aware of the refund policy in respect of personalised products as set out in Clause 7 which states that unless the item is damaged, faulty or has parts missing, you do not have a right to change your mind and cancel your order.
To report an issue with a personalised order, contact us within 14 days of delivery by email to store@comowomen.com and include:
· Your order number
· A description of the issue
· Supporting photographs
5. Price and payment
Prices displayed in the Store may change without notice.
Prices may:
· Include or exclude taxes depending on territory.
· Exclude delivery costs until checkout.
Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
The price of the product (which includes relevant sales tax where applicable, but excludes delivery charges) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order (except in cases of pricing errors).
If we process your order where there is a pricing error and we become aware of this prior to dispatch, we are under no obligation to provide your order to you at an incorrect price. Should we discover an error in the price of any item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and, where possible, provide you with the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or requesting a refund, at our discretion. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will treat the order as cancelled and process a full refund in respect of the order.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. If the issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery, and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit or debit card payment in accordance with your order.
6. Delivery
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days but personalised products may require additional production time. During launches, matchdays, seasonal promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may increase.
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent by email where available.
Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouse or logistics locations depending on:
· Product availability
· Personalisation requirements
· Delivery destination
· Operational efficiency
Please note that orders containing multiple items may therefore arrive separately.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be displayed to you as part of the order and checkout process. Delivery charges will be calculated based on:
· Delivery method
· Package weight
· Order size
· Destination
Delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Please note that delivery delays may occur because of:
· Carrier disruptions
· Customs inspections
· Weather conditions
· Public holidays
· High order volumes
· Matchday or seasonal demand
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
Import duties and taxes
If you order products for delivery outside Italy , they may incur import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note you are responsible for all charges that relate to customs or duty that may be applied in certain countries and for any returns, sent back to our shipping partners country of origin. We take no responsibility for these charges or for any delays in your receiving any goods owing to customs’ intervention.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact: store@comowomen.com
Please include:
· Your order number
· Delivery address
· Supporting photographs where applicable
We will assist in opening a carrier investigation where appropriate.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Right to return
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
We offer a 14-day return request window from the date your order is delivered and this includes the right for you to cancel all of part of your order for any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
· Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
· Original tags must still be attached and packaging must be included.
· Proof of purchase is required.
· Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
· Unless the product is damaged, faulty or has parts missing, you do not have a right to change your mind and cancel your order in respect of: (i) products which for hygiene reasons (such as underwear and earrings) cannot be resold once these have been unsealed after you receive them; or (ii) perishable goods; or (iii) personalised products (as per Clause 4 please check all personalisation elements carefully during the order process).
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to: (i) return the original eligible item; (ii) place a new order separately.
Return details
To request a return, please contact: store@comowomen.com and include
· Your order number
· Full name
· Details of your enquiry
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Depending on fulfilment location, returns may need to be sent to a designated
warehouse or logistics partner. We will confirm this by email as part of the return process.
Unapproved returns
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If you try to make a return of product(s) which are not returnable as set out above, we may have to send those product(s) back to you at the address you originally provided and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Delivery/return costs
If your return is accepted, we will refund the costs of the returned products and the cost of delivery that applied to your order (note that we are not obliged to refund you a higher cost of delivery if you chose an express or similar “enhanced” delivery option).
We will only reimburse the reasonable costs of returning the product(s) if the product(s) is faulty or not as described. In all other circumstances, where the return is accepted (including for example if you have ordered the wrong product or wrong size) you must pay the costs of return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and we have inspected it:
· We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected
· Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
· Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
· Banking providers may require additional processing time
8. Your personal information and cookies
We will only use your personal information as set out in in our Privacy Policy.
We and the third parties who help to operate our site, use cookies to improve our site, improve your experience, analyse web traffic, support advertising and marketing campaigns and to distinguish you from other users. By continuing to browse the Store, you are agreeing to our use of cookies. For further information on our use of cookies please see our Cookie Policy.
9. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Como Women and its operators: (i) are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store; and (ii) we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Nothing in these Store T&C’s excludes or limits our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for breach of your legal rights in relation to products that you order.
10. Our rights to vary these Store T&C’s
We reserve the right to change these Store T&C’s from time to time, but any changes will not apply to any order(s) that we have accepted prior to the change being made.
If any part of these Store T&C’s is found by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be capable of being severed and separated from these Store T&C’s and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Store T&C’s which remain in force.
11. Applicable laws and legal proceedings
These Store T&C’s are subject to Italian law which includes the jurisdiction of the Italian courts if you have a claim or dispute.
You may have the right to enforce your consumer rights in connection with these Store T&C’s before the courts of your resident country, if laws in your country of residence allow you the required levels of consumer protection.
