Ilaria Zilioli (born 26 August 2009) is a goalkeeper for Como Women. She began her football journey in 2022 with Gaverina Terme. After her first season of development, she joined Monterosso, where she was promoted to the Under-17 squad despite being underage during the 2023/24 season.

She also made appearances for the Under-15 and Under-19 teams and earned a call-up to the club's Serie C first team. During the same season, she took part in the FIGC Calcio+15 National Development Camp and attended training sessions and trials with Sassuolo and AC Milan.

For the 2024/25 season, she joined Sassuolo's Primavera squad, gaining valuable experience at youth elite level. In the summer of 2025, she signed for Como Women, where she became the starting goalkeeper for the Primavera team and received a preliminary call-up to the Italy Under-17 national team. Since the 2026/27 season, she has been part of the Como Women First Team squad.
