Albania
Fortesa Berisha joins from Malisheva, in Kosovo, where she was named Best Young Player by the local football federation and finished as the top scorer of the Kosovo Women’s Superleague for three consecutive seasons. She also has European experience with KFF Hajvalia, scoring four goals in two UEFA Women’s Champions League matches, and won a national title with KFF Vllaznia Shkodër in Albania.
With the Albanian national team—of which she is now considered one of the most promising talents—she has scored eight goals across two qualification tournaments, playing a key role in the team's promotion to League B.
She represents more than a position on the pitch. She represents a shift in how the game is played, seen, and lived. At FC Como Women, every player carries the identity of the club: fearless, ambitious, and unapologetically present.
